Kahren Oxner
President
Kahren is the Vice President of UMortgage Pacific Northwest and has been a leader in the mortgage industry for over 22 years. With a double degree from Western Washington University in Finance & Marketing, she is that rare combination of math nerd mixed with dynamic relationship builder. Kahren believes in the power of homeownership like no one else and created U Can United in order to provide added opportunity to change lives and improve communities through homeownership. When Kahren has free time you'll catch her spending it with friends and family, traveling, boating, cooking up a storm and hitting the road in her RV with her 2 twin vizslas!
Jenifer Harris
Vice President | Secretary
Jenifer is a writer, photographer, children's book author and small business owner. She's obsessed with influencing others to create joy and freedom in their lives. She understands the impact homeownership has on improving financial futures and is making it her mission to support others along their journey to becoming homeowners. When Jen has free time you'll catch her enjoying mother nature, great food and wine with friends and family and photographing her way through travel adventures.


Lorilyn Wilson
Treasurer
Lorilyn is a CPA and owner of the DueNorth PDX firm in Portland, Oregon. With degrees in Political Science, Accounting and her Certified Public Accountant designation, she has mastered the art of finance. She is one of those rare humans who can access the math, creativity and people skills in unison. Lorilyn understands first hand that careful planning builds financial futures. She wants to help individuals build wealth for generations to come, especially those who haven't had that opportunity. When she has free time you'll catch her continuing to build her accounting & tax TikTok channel, spending time with her two boys, reading and chasing the sun!
Crystal Jayne
Crystal is an entrepreneur, escrow officer and branch manager for Old Republic Title. Her passion for dogs led her to opening the Safe & Hound Doggy Daycare, which is now in two locations. Crystal understands hard work and dedication and is fabulous at what she does while being a great connector. She believes in the value of changing lives and communities through homeownership and wants to help as many people as she can. When Crystal has free time you'll catch her hanging out with her three German Shepherds and her friends and family while enjoying wine and travel adventures.


EILEEN HUTCHINSON
Chairman
Eileen is a Principal Broker with Premier Property Group and leader of the "Hutchinson Home Team," including her daughter Stephanie Schiedler. Her passion for helping clients buy and sell homes ignited when she and her husband of 37 years, began moving across the country. After multiple moves from New Jersey to Illinois, Alabama and finally to the Pacific Northwest, Eileen understands buying and selling homes from personal experience.
With a degree in Business Marketing, a business owner with her husband, and her thriving real estate business, Eileen is always active and on the go. Mom to three daughters, meema to two grandchildren and a dog mom to labradoodles, she also remains very active in her community and loves giving back in any way she can. She looks forward to helping more people become homeowners and fiercely understands the value of homeownership.
Lindy Kae Galatz
Lindy has been in the insurance industry and has managed State Farm offices for over 20 years. She is currently the right-hand woman to Jay Puppo's office in Wilsonville, Oregon. Lindy loves helping people protect themselves and their families with asset protection and financial security and will do anything she can to help.
Married to her husband Chris for 17 years with 5 grown daughters, 7 grandchildren and 3 fur babies, Lindy keeps busy and enthusiastic for all that love brings her way. Lindy is passionate, hard working and always sees the best in people. She gives back in multiple ways and cares deeply for the older and younger generations in her community - paying it forward in any way she can.
When Lindy has free-time, you'll catch her traveling in their family coach and spending as much time as she can with her children, grandchildren and husband in the great northwest and beyond.
